CFC Campus Ministry Fund

God is working in great ways here in Clemson! He has been adding to our numbers a diverse group of people. Older, younger, black, white, rich and poor!! It is exciting times for sure. Young campus students are coming out to visit and study the bible in amazing numbers. Tyler & Jessica Herrington have been leading the campus ministry for the past year. They have arranged their jobs and sacrificed their time to serve God faithfully. Our dream was to be able to hire them full time, yet as a small church we didn’t have the resources. As we were beginning our planning meetings (yes, we actually found out hours before the first meeting) for the fall semester, we learned that we had received an anonymous donation of $100,000. So beginning November 1st, we will have a full time campus ministry staff to join me and Abby! 

 

The $100,000 will allow us approximately 15-17 months of salary and benefits. Our goal is to raise another $100,000 in order to have 3 years of employment accounted for.
